Well back to square one. We made it to day 5 of our son being on the new medication Vyvance and it didnt seem to last as good as it did the previous nights. Colby started up again first running n the halls and then just kept escalating to yelling, throwing things, hitting and even put holes in his bedroom door. I dont know how much longer I can keep getting abused like this every night...where my throats gone from yelling and fear of a 6 yr old kicks in. He is getting stronger and more violent with his behaviors. Now hes throwing chairs....give him time and what will he be doing to me?!
I love him with all my heart and we do everything with him...find any activity to get him involved. But I just dont know what to do anymore...I dont understand how my beautiful, fun loving baby boy who was good all day becomes this violent, very angry boy.
I dont know how parents deal with this or worse...day in and day out...but we do.
